Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team and play a key role in driving our global expansion. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the lead generation team to identify and source new sales opportunities
     
  • Conduct custom research and targeted outreach to relevant prospects
     
  • Coordinate Email and LinkedIn campaigns, including A/B testing and performance tracking
     
  • Create tailored outreach templates and messaging from scratch
     
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports
     
  • Manage active outreach via Sales Manager profiles
     
  • Book qualified appointments for Sales Managers
     
  • Support the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion
     
  • Maintain and update lead databases in HubSpot
     
  • Assist with live chat interactions on the company website
     
  • Perform other tasks to support the sales cycle and business growth

 

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and outsourcing models
     
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Reply.io (or similar outreach tools), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Helper, and Live Chat tools
     
  • Proficiency with AI tools, experience in sales automation
     
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken)
     
  • 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or related roles is preferable
     
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
