Integration, Automation Developer (Project-Based)

We are looking for a skilled Integration & Automation Developer to join multiple projects focused on platform integration, workflow automation, and building innovative solutions for clients across diverse industries. Projects include CRM and VoIP integrations, automation with Zapier/n8n, interactive map development, AI-powered tools, and database optimization.

You will collaborate on solutions for businesses such as massage studios, therapy management platforms, AI-assisted book writing tools, and more.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

🔹 CRM & VoIP Integrations:

• Integrate CRM systems (Boulevard, Zenoti, Pipedrive, Clio) with VoIP platforms (e.g. OpenPhone) to handle calls and voice messages.
• Automate contact sync across platforms.
• Implement referral tracking and conversion analytics (e.g. Tapfiliate).
• Detect and merge duplicate data entries in Pipedrive.

🔹 Zapier & n8n Automation:

• Build automations (Zaps) for syncing data across platforms: Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, WordPress, Boulevard, OpenPhone, etc.
• Automate workflows related to clients, calls, messages, and real-time updates.
• Use n8n for building no-code logic and automation pipelines (e.g. for AI content generation tools).

🔹 Interactive Maps & Data Visualization:

• Build interactive maps to display dynamic datasets (e.g., real-time incidents, geolocation data).
• Connect external APIs to automatically display and update map data.
• Analyze ZIP codes, generate reports, and build deduplication systems.

🔹 AI-Powered Tools & Bots:

• Develop a Discord bot for book creation workflows powered by GPT-4.
• Integrate with n8n for content generation and automation.
• Create therapeutic reflection summaries using AI and send them via Gmail + Google Sheets API.
• Build interactive surveys with layered user engagement logic.

🔹 Database & Frontend Optimization:

• Design and optimize databases for fast and efficient data access.
• Develop user interfaces for managing data, including search and live updates.
• Improve frontend performance and interactivity for data-heavy UIs.

🔹 Documentation & Support:

• Prepare technical documentation for Zapier workflows, APIs, and automation logic.
• Train users and staff on using the new systems.
• Provide post-launch support and monitor ongoing workflows.
   

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience with CRM systems (Boulevard, Pipedrive, Clio, etc.) and VoIP integrations.
• Proficiency in Zapier and n8n for automation.
• Strong skills in Python or Node.js for working with APIs and data handling.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Gmail API).
• Experience with Google Maps API or Leaflet.js for map integration.
• Knowledge of WordPress and Gravity Forms for data collection and system integration.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI / GPT-4 for building smart content tools.
• Competence with SQL/NoSQL databases and error monitoring systems.
   

🌟 Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Tapfiliate, QuickBooks, or similar business tools.
• Familiarity with referral tracking and performance analytics.
