How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:
manage the full cycle of large cross-functional business projects, ensuring their alignment with strategic priorities
develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, resources and risks
ensure project execution in collaboration between business, operations, finance and technology teams, supporting stakeholder engagement at every stage
serve as a key point of communication between project teams and management
monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks and blockers
contribute to the development and improvement of project management standards, tools and best practices in the company
Challenges for six months:
successfully pass onboarding into the team and master the company’s key processes
become a confident user of all the tools used by the department
join the implementation of current tasks and projects and successfully complete them
implement a strategy for interaction between cross-functional teams within projects
set up a regular reporting system and analyse the effectiveness of implemented projects
comply with project milestones in a quality manner, report on time and in a comprehensive manner
To achieve the results, you will need:
at least 3 years of project management experience with proven success in implementing business-oriented, cross-functional projects
deep understanding of business processes, operational efficiency and financial performance
practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
excellent communication and negotiation skills
high level of self-organisation, proactivity and product mindset
experience in large system/product companies
Upper-Intermediate and higher level of English

Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00
Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
