We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our growing team in Ukraine.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of candidate sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, DOU, Telegram, etc.);
- English — Intermediate;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to present a vacancy to candidates in the most efficient way to fill the job;
- Knowledge of the IT industry and technical terms;
- Willingness to enhance one’s abilities and pursue career growth;
- Drive for results and ability to work in team;
- Curiosity and growth mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Recruiters to define and clarify hiring needs — search, identify and attract the best talents for open and future vacancies;
- Independent search for candidates (on LinkedIn, GitHub, DOU, Telegram, etc.);
- Identify new channels for finding the best candidates;
- Develop talent pool for future hiring needs;
- Create and maintain the pipeline of qualified candidates through continuous sourcing.
