UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Ukraine.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of commercial experience in UI/UX design;
- B2/C1 level of English;
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop;
- Portfolio with at least 3 examples of UI/UX projects done by you;
- Deep understanding of the basic design principles and the ability to apply them;
- Ability to produce fresh and aesthetically pleasing UI design beyond current trends and
typical solutions;
- Creativity, good taste, an eye for detail;
- Empathy, open-mindedness, flexibility, desire to learn, willingness to be a part of the team;
- Solid grasp of UX principles and best UX practices;
- Understanding of psychology and basic marketing principles;
- Ability to clearly articulate your ideas and solutions to the team;
- Ability to present your work to a customer and justify your solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Close communication with customers and clarification of requirements;
- Delivery of UI designs in Figma;
- Creation of custom icons;
- Designing various promotional assets such as banners, social media covers, etc;
- Close collaboration with the team Lead Designer, QA, PM, Developers;
- Wire framing and prototyping; delivery of low- and mid-fidelity;
wireframes, and interactive prototypes;

Nice to have:

- Experience with After Effects;
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Protopie or Proto.io;
- Experience in usability testing.
