Project Manager (IT)

We are developing an ERP system, which consists of different modules. Each module is handled by a separate development team. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, delivery, cross-team alignment, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless coordination.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams in parallel.
• Understanding of enterprise systems development (ERP/CRM/FinTech/Logistics etc).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Miro or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in business analysis (requirements gathering, process modeling).
• Ability to use sketching / visual modeling techniques (e.g., quick diagrams, process flows, system overviews) to support communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Experience in maintaining development documentation.

• Strong proficiency in Scrum practices; previous experience as a Scrum Master is a big plus.

   

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of 4 development teams, each working on different module of the ERP system.
• Plan project scope, define goals, and track progress.
• Manage the project using Agile/Scrum/Kanban (sprints, releases, demos, retrospectives).
• Manage risks, priorities, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical lead, and developers.
• Ensure module integration and overall system consistency.
• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to team growth: onboarding, performance tracking, and mentoring.
