Middle Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with solid experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach automation. You will design and execute outbound campaigns, support event-based lead generation, and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads for our sales team.
 

What are we looking for?

  • 1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools (LinkedHelper, Snow.io).
  • Experience with cold outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar).
  • Strong research skills and ICP-based prospecting expertise.
  • English level B2+ (written & spoken).
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
     

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with ABM campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools.
  • Experience working with the US and European markets.
     

What will you do?

  • Launch and optimize LinkedIn lead generation campaigns targeting our ICP.
  • Run custom LinkedIn and email outreach, including cold campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Support event-based lead generation: manage contacts from event apps, arrange meetings, and handle post-event follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads and schedule intro meetings for the sales team.
  • Use automation/AI tools to scale campaigns (LinkedHelper, Snow.io, Clay, Hubspot).
  • Keep CRM (HubSpot) data accurate and up to date.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies.
