BI Developer
We are looking for a BI Developer to strengthen our analytics team and drive data-based decision-making across our mobile marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing dashboards in Tableau, writing high-quality SQL queries, and working with large datasets in BigQuery to support user acquisition, performance tracking, and A/B testing analysis.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Tableau and advanced SQL skills, can navigate BigQuery confidently, and understands the needs of a fast-paced marketing team. Experience in mobile UA analytics and reporting on A/B tests will be considered a significant plus. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of our mobile products through actionable, well-structured insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dashboard Development & Visualization (50%)
- Build and improve Tableau dashboards for marketing and performance tracking
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and automation of reporting processes
Redesign and migrate reports from Looker Studio to Tableau
2. A/B Testing & Experiment Analysis (15%)
- Create and maintain dashboards to monitor experiments and test performance
Support stakeholders with insights derived from test data and key metrics
3. Query Optimization & Data Structuring (20%)
- Write efficient SQL queries for large-scale datasets in BigQuery
Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize and structure data pipelines
4. Strategic Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration (15%)
- Identify insights and growth opportunities from marketing and product data
Work closely with user acquisition teams and analysts to support business goals
KPIs (Trial Period Goals)
- Develop and deliver 1–2 new Tableau dashboards
- Successfully migrate at least one report from Looker
- Understand all core metric definitions and calculations
Gain a clear understanding of how stakeholders use and interpret reports
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Cloud/Server
- Strong SQL skills (advanced level, including performance optimization)
- Practical experience with BigQuery or other cloud data warehouses
- Stable employment history (minimum one year at each position)
Higher education in a technical or analytical field
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in marketing analytics, especially mobile UA
- Familiarity with A/B test metrics and reporting
- Exposure to GCP, Airflow, Appsflyer, Adjust, Amplitude
Experience with Looker, Power BI, or other BI tools
