Technical Project Manager

We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of web products. You’ll own the backlog, run Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, align stakeholders, and coordinate SDLC and CI/CD releases using Jira/Confluence for transparent, data-driven delivery.

Hard skills:
- Experience with Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence);
- Strong understanding of SDLC;
- Understanding of CI/CD pipeline for web development;
- Strong understanding or agile delivery with Scrum/Kanban
- Experience with backlog ownership & prioritization
- Requirements management

Soft skills:
- Proactivity 
- Clear, structured communication; active listening
- Confident facilitation of meetings
- Strong ownership and delivery focus; end-to-end accountability
- Effective communication with stakeholders

- Analytical skills with the ability to advocate for your opinions convincingly

- Maintain and prioritize the backlog
- Conduct Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and synchronize the team
- Plan releases, manage deadlines, dependencies, and scope
- Maintain Jira/Confluence: processes, dashboards, data quality
- Coordinate SDLC from discovery to production and acceptance

Буде плюсом
- Technical degree or equivalent engineering experience
- Certifications: PSM/PSPO/PMI-ACP (or similar)
- Experience in affiliate marketing / iGaming niche
