IT Engineer (not DevOps)
π§ Key Responsibilities:
- Administer corporate IT infrastructure services
- Automate business tasks using technical tools
- Maintain existing projects and assist in launching new ones
- Improve efficiency when working with the current internal service stack
π― Main Duties:
- Manage the companyβs IT infrastructure
- Connect, manage, and pay for IT services
- Support Google and Microsoft tenants
- Monitor product resources and respond to incidents
- Ensure product security and availability using internal tools
- Troubleshoot service and product-related issues
- Work with domains and DNS records
- Research and implement improvements to infrastructure processes
- Keep documentation, spreadsheets, and knowledge bases up to date
- Work with APIs and third-party integrations
- Deploy websites and landing pages
- Manage access rights, user groups, and policies
- Launch scripts and assist in their development
- Handle hosting/server issues and escalate when necessary
- Write technical specifications for developers and DevOps engineers
π Required Experience and Skills:
- Familiarity with task and ticketing systems
- Experience with Google and Microsoft tenants
- Experience working with hosting providers and servers
- Linux experience
- Understanding of PHP and Apache2
- Basic knowledge of network routing and TCP/IP stack
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
