We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist / People Partner who is passionate about working with people and has strong expertise across the entire employee lifecycle. The right candidate knows how to build trust, find the right approach in different situations, and contribute to creating a high-performance and people-centric culture.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing core HR processes such as onboarding, talent development, succession planning, performance evaluation, motivation and retention, corporate culture, and engagement initiatives that help us build and sustain a strong and collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate and timely employee records in HR systems (BambooHR, Deel, etc.) and ensure data consistency.
- Execute all HR activities defined by company policies throughout the employee lifecycle (from attraction and onboarding to offboarding).
- Monitor team atmosphere, employee satisfaction, and management feedback; develop initiatives to improve the internal climate.
- Identify risks and opportunities within teams (through 1:1s, coaching, teambuildings).
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide recommendations on talent development, productivity, and succession planning.
- Prepare HR analytics, reports, and recommendations for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, Economics, or Psychology.
- 2+ years of proven experience as HR Generalist or People Partner in an IT / tech company with multinational teams.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (BambooHR, Deel, or similar).
- Advanced English level (C1).
- Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and related HR practices.
- Experience with HR documentation and compliance.
- Skilled in HR analytics and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, tolerance, accuracy, attention to detail, structured thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Nice to Have
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, etc.).
- Experience with Deel HRIS module.
- Coaching skills and conflict management experience.
- Experience with HR process automation.
