Senior Lead Generation/GTM Automation Specialist to $2000

Hi!

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Generation & GTM Automation Specialist who combines strong traditional lead generation, research, and analytical skills with a deep understanding of customer audience segmentation, modern LeadGen tool stack, and automation expertise.

This role goes beyond finding the leads โ€” you will be involved in developing the strategy for finding new customer segments, creating customer offerings, automating the end-to-end lead acquisition workflow using AI tools, as well as in written communication with potential clients.

Who we are looking for:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.
  • Self-organized, result-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in customer audience segmentation and outbound campaign creation.
  • Strong written communication and business correspondence skills.
  • Solid experience in automating outbound Lead Generation campaigns (both Email and Linkedin)
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Reply.io, Snov.io, Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, etc. will be a big plus.
  • Experience in using AI solutions for automating the workflow and increasing the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns will be a big plus.
  • A solid understanding of SDLC and experience working in IT Service companies will be a big plus.
     

    Responsibilities:

     

  • Search, qualify, and segment potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Analyze markets, identify, and create target customer segments.
  • Develop tailored offers and messaging for each segment.
  • Configure automated outreach campaigns.
  • Use tools for data collection and enrichment (Apollo, Linkedin SN, Reply.io etc.).
  • Integrate automation workflows with CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Apply AI solutions to improve lead generation and outreach performance.
  • Prepare company profiles and meeting notes.
  • Continuously improve expertise in sales, IT, and marketing automation.
