Project Manager

🏗️ Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to drive execution across cross-functional teams and ensure high-impact initiatives are delivered on time and with quality. As a strategic partner to Engineering and Product leadership, you will translate vision into actionable plans, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain operational clarity across complex, fast-moving projects. 
 

🧠 In This Role You Will

• Collaborate with leadership to define project scopes, success metrics, and resource plans.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs with clear documentation and outcomes.
• Track and report progress across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage product delivery steps, from roadmap planning to feature release, ensuring communication and process consistency.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes, tools, and communication workflows.
• Own project documentation, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

🍰 Role Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, sprint management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and deliverables.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software development cycles.
• Familiarity with project tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Linear, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
• Curious about how automation and AI can improve delivery speed and quality.
• Ability to clearly synthesize progress, blockers, and next steps to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in remote-first environments.
