System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring that all employees at Inquatro have the tools, accounts, and devices they need to work efficiently and securely. 

This role manages user access, software licenses, hardware inventory, and support processes, while maintaining strong security and compliance standards.


Responsibility:

• Create, update, and deactivate user accounts across company tools and platforms.
• Assign and manage access permissions based on role requirements.
• Maintain centralized documentation of account credentials and access levels.
• Procure, configure, and distribute laptops and other relevant equipment.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all hardware assets, including warranty and replacement schedules.
• Oversee asset recovery during employee offboarding.
• Manage licenses and subscriptions for all company software and SaaS tools.
• Coordinate with finance for software procurement and budgeting.
• Ensure multi-factor authentication and password policies are enforced.
• Implement policies for data protection and regulation compliance.
• Provide first-line technical support for employees.
• Coordinate with external vendors and managed service providers for escalations.

• Maintain guides and knowledge base for common technical issues.

   

   

Requirements:
 

• 2+ years of experience in administration or system management.
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools.
• Experience managing software subscriptions and hardware inventory.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Languages:

• Intermediate (B1) or Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2)
