Project Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in managing projects in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Track project performance and report on progress to stakeholders
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Facilitate regular status meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes
• Collaborate closely with development, design, QA, and business teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in IT or digital environments
• Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
• Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher) – both verbal and written
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
