Talent Sourcer (freelance) to $400
We are currently seeking a skilled freelance Talent Sourcer to strengthen our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates for a range of technical positions across the EU, LATAM, USA, and Ukrainian markets. The role focuses on finding the right talent and does not include direct communication with candidates.
Requirements:
- meticulous attention to detail is critical;
- proficiency in English at a B2 level;
- ability to commit 4–5 hours per day to the job (full flexibility, you manage your time);
- experience searching for candidates on LinkedIn is highly valued;
- driven and focused on achieving high results;
- responsible and mature.
Responsibilities:
- work closely with the Recruitment Manager to understand the requirements and qualifications for the assigned vacancy.
- develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy tailored to the specific needs of the role.
- search for qualified candidates on LinkedIn.
- conduct a thorough screening of candidate’s LinkedIn profile to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and suitability for the role.
Recruitment stages:
- Test task (~30min).
- Interview with the Recruitment Manager (45min).
