Lead Product Manager

Job Description

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT environment
• Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies
• Proven experience with the full lifecycle of product development from idea to production
• Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, UML, BPMN)
• Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis, and optimization
• Strong attention to detail, abstract mindset, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases, and provide a solution for the product
• Experience working with hypotheses and PoCs
• Experience in analysing market landscape, competitors, and trends
• Experience in forming product vision and product roadmap
• Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering, and solutions assessment
• Understanding and the ability to identify the customer's needs and the market’s demand
• Ability to produce visually attractive materials and present them to executive-level stakeholders
• Excellent level of workshops (discovery, ideation) preparation, facilitation
• Good interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
• Advanced English (written and verbal)

Job Responsibilities

• Investigate the market opportunities with a team of 1 Product manager and 1 Experience designer, share highlights with managers and leads
• Evaluate the market, understand demand, and generate a list of prospective proof of concepts to be developed by our delivery team
• Prepare and facilitate odeation workshops with dev teams
• Form a product vision for the Gen AI solution, and present it to the managers and leads
• Form the roadmap with 4 dev teams
• Build product management processes/framework for the project
• Support 1 Product manager and 1 Experience designer

We are looking for a skilled product manager with strong experience in creating new products to help us build and launch an innovative GenAI solution for SDLC automation with 1 Product manager and 1 Experience designer in the dedicated team and few development streams.
