About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth delivery processes, maintaining transparency, and supporting cross-functional teams without acting as a traditional Project Manager.
This is not a classic Project Manager role — you will not be making product decisions, managing budgets, or directly liaising with external clients. Instead, you will play a key part in keeping delivery operations organized, supporting teams, and facilitating efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the product, business logic, and user scenarios to prioritize tasks and interpret risks, dependencies, and complexities in releases
- Manage and maintain Jira, Confluence, release plans, and team boards with precision and clarity
- Track task statuses, remind team members of deadlines, and keep delivery momentum steady
- Prepare and support release activities, including checklists, changelogs, plans, and deadlines
- Monitor velocity, capacity, risks, and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement
- Facilitate and moderate daily standups, weekly leadership syncs, and retrospectives
- Support QA, Product Owners, and leads with pre-release and regression processes
- Report project progress and status to internal stakeholders including CTO and CSO
- Foster a culture of transparency, predictability, and intentional tracking within the teams
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a PM assistant, project or delivery coordinator, or operations manager in IT teams
- Strong hands-on skills with Jira and Confluence, including administration, automation, templates, and boards
- Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies (practical experience preferred over certificates)
- Ability to quickly learn product logic, user needs, and task goals
- Conscious task management: able to explain the purpose and context of tasks within releases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clarifying agreements, and clear, accurate information sharing
- Experience organizing workflows and artifacts such as boards, releases, velocity tracking, and capacity planning
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
