Non-Technical Recruiter

We’re hiring a Non-Technical Recruiter (English B1+).
If you’re organized, people-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.


What you’ll do

  • Source and attract candidates across job boards and communities.
  • Write, post, and refresh compelling job ads on multiple platforms.
  • Run first-touch outreach and maintain clear, friendly communication with candidates.
  • Manage applications and keep our CRM up to date.
  • Collaborate with the team to keep vacancies accurate and appealing.


You’ll bring

  • English B1+ (required).
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Experience with job boards and basic hiring workflows.
  • Proactive, organized, and reliable working style.

 

Tools we use

Gmail, ChatGPT, Google Docs, CRM, Discord, job boards.
