Digital Growth Project Manager

🧩 About the Role
 

ConversionRate.Store is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Growth Project Assistant to support our Project Managers in delivering high-impact Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) projects for international eCommerce and digital businesses. This role is perfect for you if you have a solid background in digital marketing and love working with data to drive results.
 

You’ll collaborate closely with Analysts, Designers, Developers, and Clients to coordinate tasks, gather insights, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
 

🎯 Key Responsibilities

 

  • Assist Project Managers in planning and executing CRO initiatives
  • Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams
  • Collect and organize project-related data and documentation
  • Support client communication and ensure timely updates
  • Help prepare structured presentations and reports
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables
     

🧠 Required Skills & Knowledge

 

  • Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related fields
  • Understanding of digital sales funnels for eCommerce, SaaS, and mobile apps
  • Familiarity with traffic sources, acquisition channels, and their impact on conversion rates
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics tools and data tracking (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Awareness of web page structure and elements that influence user behavior
  • Understanding of A/B testing principles and execution
  • Ability to create clear, well-organized presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.)
