Mid-level Business Analyst

We are looking for a Mid-level Business Analyst to join our Web3 outsourcing team. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between clients and development teams, gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into clear specifications and user stories.
• Support clients and teams through the full SDLC (mainly Agile/Scrum).
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Prepare project documentation (use cases, workflows, acceptance criteria).
• Identify opportunities for product improvements, upsell, or cross-sell initiatives to bring extra value to the client.

• Ensure alignment between client expectations and technical implementation.

   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong client-facing experience with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
• Ability to challenge requirements and propose business-driven improvements.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written & spoken).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Background in blockchain, fintech, or Web3 projects.

   

Nice-to-Haves

• Knowledge of UML/BPMN and prototyping tools (Figma, Axure, Balsamiq).
