Traffic Product Manager (SSP)

We’re looking for a Traffic Product Manager to strengthen our traffic acquisition efforts and build long-term, scalable partnerships. This is a hybrid role at the crossroads of arbitrage, analytics, and product strategy. You won’t just manage traffic sources — you’ll test hypotheses, influence strategic decisions, and shape the future growth of the channel.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, test, and scale new traffic sources.
  • Monitor and optimize traffic quality.
  • Negotiate with potential partners and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Analyze market trends and provide data-driven insights for growth.
  • Develop and test hypotheses to improve performance and expand traffic opportunities.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in traffic arbitrage, ad networks, or related roles (e.g. product manager, analyst).
  • Strong English skills (Upper-Intermediate+), both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on experience with push/pops ad formats.
  • Knowledge of RTB integrations and connecting SSPs.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • High degree of self-organization, ownership, and accountability.
