Team/Tech Lead (Full-Stack)

We are looking for an experienced Team/Tech Lead (Full-Stack) who will take responsibility for the technical leadership of the development team, quality control of the code and implementation of innovative solutions. We expect you to have a deep understanding of modern technologies and be able to explain complex technical concepts in understandable terms.

Working hours after 04:00 pm EET;

Requirements:

• Experience in development using:

  - Front-end: React (or other modern frameworks).

  - Back-end: Python, Node.js.

  - CMS: Wordpress.

  - Other technologies in our stack (details to be specified).

• Experience with most of the mentioned technologies; understanding of the principles of operation of others.
• Strong code review skills and ensuring high code quality.
• Experience in managing a team of developers (mentoring, task planning, conflict resolution).
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills: ability to explain complex concepts in understandable language.
• Experience in implementing new technologies or approaches to development is welcomе.

Responsibilities:

• Code Quality Control: 

  - Conducting regular code reviews to maintain high standards.
  - Ensuring adherence to best development practices.

• Team Technical Support:

  - Assisting the team in solving complex tasks.
  - Providing support in case of technical difficulties or clarifications.

• Working on complex technical tasks:

  - Participating in solving the most complex technical tasks and finding effective solutions.

• Team Coordination:

  - Allocating tasks, setting technical goals and monitoring their implementation.
  - Ensuring effective interaction within the team and with other departments.
