Strong Junior Talent Sourcer / Researcher

Dynamica Labs is a UK-based IT company and a Microsoft Gold Partner, specializing in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for clients in the UK and the US.

We are looking for a Strong Junior Talent Sourcer / Researcher to help us expand our team and find the best professionals on the market. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in the field of recruitment and HR, has strong attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
 

Responsibilities:

• Searching for candidates across various channels (LinkedIn, specialized platforms, CV databases, social media, referrals);
• Using Boolean search and modern sourcing tools to build a relevant talent pool;
• Conducting initial profile analysis and assessing fit against key requirements;
• Engaging in initial communication with candidates (sending messages, confirming interest, and gathering basic details);
• Preparing shortlists for the recruiter or Hiring Manager;
• Posting job openings on multiple platforms and keeping them up to date;
• Conducting market research and analyzing competitor activity.
   

Requirements:

• At least 0,5 year of experience in sourcing or recruitment;
• English – Intermediate level or higher (for reading profiles and basic communication);
• Confident in using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, professional databases);
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
• Ability to work with large volumes of information and meet deadlines;
• Proactive and able to work independently.
  It will be a plus if you have completed recruitment or sourcing courses.
