• Strategic & administrative tasks:
- build, document, and implement processes, policies, and programs across the company
- analyze and track key HR metrics within teams
- work with managers to detect and remove blockers to achieving business goals
- help leaders design and maintain effective organizational structures aligned with strategic objectives
- build succession plans and backups for key roles
- optimize cross-team processes, initiate automation
- introduce new HR tools and practices to advance HR strategy
- prepare managers for strategic sessions
• Operational support & consulting:
-plan and validate hiring needs, coordinate with recruitment
- create/adapt people management policies and programs
- facilitate Performance Review & PDP processes
- assess efficiency of organizational structures
- partner with C&B on salary reviews, grading, titles, bonus programs, benefits & incentives
- organize team learning programs, support leadership development together with L&D
- partner with Culture & Employee Experience on non-material initiatives & teambuildings
- facilitate complex HR cases at leaders’ request
- monitor team emotional climate via HRPP insights, ensure smooth HR change implementation, and share feedback with division heads
• сonduct a deep audit of existing operations processes
• build a clear roadmap to detect and eliminate blockers in Operations
• establish strong, trust-based relationships with Operations & Commercial leaders
• structure, align, and document necessary policies across both divisions
• adapt org structures to business goals and market standards
• improve and launch leadership development programs for Operations & Commercial managers
• based on identified blockers, design and implement initiatives to reduce turnover, increase loyalty, and balance workloads across teams
• 5+ years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist roles
• strong background in formalizing & documenting HR policies
• confidence in working with HR metrics & data
• business-oriented mindset with focus on impact and results
• English - B1+
• strong communication skills to build trust and influence leaders
• proven expertise in change management & conflict resolution
• critical yet flexible thinking
• high emotional intelligence & empathy
• proactive, result-driven approach with ownership and accountability
How do you manage your work schedule?
• determine a convenient time for yourself, but you need to stay in touch from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
