About the role:

We are seeking a highly driven and organized Education Project Manager to lead the development and execution of our educational offerings from the ground up. In this role, you will architect and manage the entire lifecycle of GenAI.Works' course and program initiatives—planning, pricing, production, marketing, and scaling.

This is a builder role: you will create the systems, processes, and standards that drive our education engine.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience managing educational programs or learning platforms.
• Strong understanding of LMS platforms
• Experience designing or managing course pricing and monetization models.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with educators, marketers, and product teams.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies for online education (SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, etc.).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated ability to find and onboard instructors and content creators.
• A builder’s mindset – you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy creating structure from scratch.

• Background in EdTech, online education, or similar fields is a strong plus.

   

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage scalable processes for course development from scratch.
• Define timelines, deliverables, and success metrics for educational programs.
• Manage project lifecycle using agile or waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Develop competitive and sustainable pricing models for courses and learning paths.
• Conduct market analysis to inform pricing strategies.
• Select and implement a Learning Management System (LMS) or integrate with existing platforms.
• Understand LMS capabilities, user experience, and backend management.
• Identify, vet, and recruit top-tier course instructors and subject matter experts.
• Manage contracts, onboarding, and collaboration with educators and creators.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to launch and promote courses effectively.
• Assist in defining target audiences, messaging, and positioning for courses.
• Ensure alignment between content, branding, and learner engagement.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to ensure quality and consistency in course content.

• Maintain a clear vision of educational outcomes aligned with learner needs.
