Creative Production Manager (Ad Creative Lab Lead) — Remote

Mission

Own the full creative cycle from brief to performance: generate concepts, run design/video production, launch A/B tests, read the numbers, and scale what works.

What You’ll Do

  • Creative Concepting: Rapidly craft and package ideas for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, LP/UGC.

  • Production Management: Plan sprints, groom backlog, deliver crystal-clear briefs, deadlines, and feedback.

  • Quality & Brand: Ensure every asset hits brand fit, compliance, and performance objectives.

  • Performance Loop: Partner with Marketing/CRO on CTR, CPC, CVR, CPL; form hypotheses and iterate.

  • AI Integrations: Deploy Midjourney, Veo 3/Runway, automated variation pipelines, and reusable templates.

  • Cross-Team: Work tightly with Growth, Sales, and CRO so creative → traffic → conversions operate as one system.

  • Ops Backbone: Stand up pipeline, asset library, naming, SOPs/QA checklists, and clean workflow in Notion/Jira.

How We’ll Know It’s Working (first 90 days)

  • Output: 60+ new assets/month (static/video/UGC), 3–5 variants per concept.

  • Speed: TAT from brief to first test ≤ 72 hours (p90).

  • Performance: Average CTR +25%, CPC −15%, CPL −10% in top channels QoQ.

  • Process: Unified creative library, standard briefs, QA/compliance SOPs, and a transparent Notion/Looker dashboard.

  • AI Stack: At least 2 production AI pipelines (e.g., MJ → Figma/AE; Veo 3 → edit → versioning).

Must-Haves

  • Proven Creative/Production Manager experience in performance marketing or a production studio.

  • Ability to run multiple streams in parallel, set deadlines, and ship on schedule.

  • Strong creative direction with systems thinking: idea → metric → scale.

  • Solid data sense: read dashboards, form hypotheses, quantify impact.

  • Tools: Notion/Trello/Jira, Figma/Adobe Suite; basic motion know-how or ability to manage motion resources.

  • English: Upper-Intermediate+ (briefs, reviews, idea exchange).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on with Midjourney, Veo 3/Runway, ElevenLabs or similar AI tools.

  • Experience in high-velocity niches (finance/lead-gen, gaming/casino, subscription).

  • Working knowledge of CRO/LP testing and UGC production.
