Who We’re Looking For:
- No prior experience required, but a strong interest in the Human Resources direction is a must
- English skills (B2+)
- Professional communication and organisational skills
- Creativity, proactiveness, and a people-first mindset
- Willingness for ownership of tasks
Responsible attitude to handle confidential information
Will be a strong advantage:
- The background or education in law
Previous internship experience in IT companies or startups
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain military records and ensure regulatory compliance (with full training provided from our side)
- Assist with employee documentation
- Provide administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding
- Plan and execute corporate events, team building activities, and community initiatives
- Support office management
Collaborate with the HR and Security teams, helping ensure smooth internal processes
