Business Analyst
We’re looking for a Business Analyst.
This is a hands-on, coordination-focused role for someone who enjoys connecting dots, streamlining communication between stakeholders and development teams, and implementing structured processes in software projects.
You will ensure that project requirements are clear and delivered according to plan, while also supervising key in-house processes such as requirement elicitation, prototyping, and integration oversight.
Key Responsibilities🤝:
- Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams
- Monitor task execution according to project plans and timelines
- Provide teams with input and context when needed
- Escalate problems or delays to leadership so solutions can be implemented
📑 Requirements & Documentation:
- Gather, analyze, and manage software requirements
- Create functional and technical specifications, user guides, and documentation
- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and process documentation
⚙️ Process & Workflow Improvement
- Build efficient workflows and communication flows within distributed teams
- Suggest tools and methods to improve project efficiency
- Model processes and data (BPMN, UML, ERD, C4, flowcharts) to support clear understanding across teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Experience working with distributed teams (5–8 people)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles (BA, partial PM, QA) within a project
- Background in SaaS, CRM/ERP, E-commerce, or government system integrations
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Zeplin, Balsamiq)
- Knowledge of SDLC, integration principles, IT infrastructure
- Product management and data analysis skills
