About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring best practices, system performance, and seamless integrations with external platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with admins, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform technical analysis to define scalable, feasible approaches aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Triggers.
• Manage smooth deployments leveraging Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously optimize our environment.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of proven experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
• Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Flow, and Triggers.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud/Pardot.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration, data management, and security configuration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and deployment processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
