Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Lead Generation Specialist to accelerate business growth for a new product team. You will focus on building and executing lead generation strategies, managing outreach campaigns, and holding intro calls with potential clients. If you’re a proactive, target-driven professional with a passion for B2B software sales — we want to hear from you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies for B2B services and products.
  • Launch and manage LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients through personalized messaging.
  • Conduct intro calls to understand client needs and present solutions.

     

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales or lead generation, ideally in IT/software services.
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, outreach automation tools, and Upwork.
  • Tech awareness: Basic understanding of software development and outsourcing models.
  • Results-driven: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
