SDR / Researcher

What You Bring

• 2+ years in a similar role (SDR, Lead Generator, or related), in an IT services company.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn and other business social platforms/hubs.
• Solid grasp of sales theory and the SDLC, plus a commitment to keep learning and growing.
• Strong business acumen and an instinct for market dynamics and strategy.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with persuasive communication skills.

What You’ll Do Daily

• Research and identify new market opportunities and high-value prospects.
• Maintain and optimize the CRM database, track performance and analyze the sales funnel.
• Collaborate closely with the Partner Business Manager on outreach campaigns, ABM strategies, USP positioning and other creative initiatives.

Take part in building and refining strategies that actually make a difference in the market.
