Recruiter

We are a software development company providing services to clients from the USA and Europe. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from preparing and publishing vacancies to offer negotiation.
• Source and screen candidates for web and mobile developer roles.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Utilize headhunting techniques on LinkedIn, Djinni, and other relevant platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically for web and mobile developers in the Ukrainian market.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing and headhunting methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with hiring AI/ML engineers is a big plus.
