For our company, we are looking for a talented Affiliate Manager to join our growing Affiliate team focused on PPC and SEO traffic.

🧲 Magnetics is a Ukrainian product marketing agency specialising in UX-UI, front-end, market research, product marketing, media advertising and affiliate marketing.
The company was founded in 2014.

✅ Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with different traffic sources: PPC, SEO, ASO etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with partners at all levels.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and organic traffic acquisition strategies.
- Proven experience with paid traffic sources and arbitrage strategies.
- Budget and cost management expertise.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

🔥 Responsibilities:
- Attract, onboard, and develop affiliate partners to grow the affiliate program.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify the most profitable PPC strategies.
- Maintain ongoing communication with affiliates regarding current and upcoming campaigns.
- Optimise strategies based on performance data and ROI.
- Provide affiliates with creative assets (banners, landing pages, etc.) and track their performance.
- Manage budgets, CPA rates, and commissions.
- Scale traffic sources and identify new growth opportunities.
