Backend Symfony Developer to $3000

ITSUA is a web development agency that builds a wide range of sites and web applications for clients worldwide. We’re seeking a skilled, self-motivated developer who can adapt quickly to new contexts and work effectively both independently and within a small, cross-functional team.

General

• Commercial experience
• Deep understanding of how Internet and web apps work
• English: B2 level or higher
• Proven self-discipline: plan your day, meet deadlines, and switch context smoothly

Must-have (Backend: Symfony, DevOps)

• Commercial experience with Symfony framework, REST APIs
• Strong PHP and SQL fundamentals (joins, indexes, transactions)
• Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth2)
• MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Confident Git usage
• Familiarity with Docker Compose, CI/CD, and Linux administration

Nice-to-have (Frontend)

• Frontend: React, Tailwind / Material UI
• Ability to design REST APIs from scratch (Open API, pagination, etc.)
• Deep understanding of React and Symfony frameworks internals
