Middle Data Analyst

About the Role:
We are looking for a Middle Data Analyst (part-time) who will focus on optimizing, automating, and streamlining business processes through data-driven insights and technology solutions. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, automation tools knowledge, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Does this relate to you?

• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar).
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline automation.
• Experience with APIs for data integration is a plus.
• Solid understanding of process mapping and optimization principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

   

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Collect, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation across business workflows.
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions (dashboards, scheduled reports, ETL pipelines).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and automation workflows.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements.
• Support data quality initiatives and ensure accuracy in reporting.
