CRM Manager

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to build our retention strategy from scratch using data-driven approaches, personalized communication, and localization for the LATAM market.
Your responsibilities:
• Build full retention funnel: welcome, onboarding, churn-prevention, reactivation
• Launch and manage multi-channel automated campaigns (email, push, SMS)
• Create and lead VIP programs
• Conduct CRM audits and optimize existing communications
• Track and improve key metrics: LTV, retention rate, churn, DAU/MAU, ARPU
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and marketing teams
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in CRM/Retention within iGaming
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle and behavioral analytics
• Experience with email, push, SMS campaigns
• Knowledge of CRM and BI tools (dashboards, segmentation, cohorts)
• Experience with LATAM region is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a big plus)
