Lead Generation Specialist / Data Researcher

Reply.io is a fast-growing SaaS company helping businesses automate and scale their sales outreach.
 
We're are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / Data Researcher who will be responsible for building lists of potential clients using various automation tools and performing other related tasks.
 
🎯 What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using automation tools and research methods
• Verify and enrich contact information to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Perform data research to identify new target markets and opportunities
• Maintain organized records in Google spreadsheets and CRM tools.

🧩 Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate or fluent English (written and spoken)
• Basic skills in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• Comfort with routine and repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus
• Ability to plan your workload and meet deadlines
• Willingness to ask questions and seek clarification when needed

 
It’s a plus if you:

• Have experience in a similar role
• Are an active ChatGPT user and know how to craft prompts
• Have worked with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clay, or Reply.io

We don’t expect you to be a pro from day one - you’ll receive full onboarding and mentorship from your manager to help you succeed and grow in this role.
