💼 Your mission:
To make every customer feel supported, understood, and empowered.
To build trust, deliver clarity, and become a go-to person for all things JetOctopus.
🧩 What you’ll do:
Be the first point of contact for our clients — friendly, fast, and professional
Build strong, long-term relationships with users (mostly SEO professionals & agencies)
Help clients get the most out of our platform — through proactive communication, onboarding, and support.
Gather feedback, identify friction points, and turn them into actionable insights
Monitor accounts, flag issues before they arise, and help resolve them smoothly
Work closely with our Product and Marketing teams to align customer needs with company goals
🎯 We’re looking for someone who:
- Speaks and writes flawless English (C1–C2)
- Is highly empathetic and people-focused
- Has great communication skills — warm, clear, proactive
- Is tech-savvy and curious about SEO/SaaS products
- Can stay organized while handling many interactions
- Has at least 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Success / CX (ideally in tech or SaaS)
