Creative Production PM (Web and Content)

We’re a multi-product company looking for a hands-on Creative Production PM to own the end-to-end delivery of marketing assets: landing pages/microsites, sales decks, one-pagers, banners, and blog content. You’ll be the hub between Product, Marketing, Design, and Sales—turning briefs into shippable assets fast.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, brief, and manage production of web pages, PDFs/decks, ads/banners, and blog posts.
  • Build/oversee no-code landing pages (Webflow/WordPress), coordinate designers/copywriters/devs.
  • Maintain content roadmap and asset backlog; set timelines, track delivery, and QA.
  • Create crystal-clear briefs, wireframes, and acceptance criteria; ensure brand/story consistency.
  • Optimize assets via analytics/A/B tests; iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Manage freelancers/agencies and keep cross-team communication flowing.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years in a similar “creative ops/production” or marketing PM role (agency or in-house with rapid asset delivery).
  • Proven portfolio of shipped landing pages, sales presentations, and promotional content.
  • Strong project management skills (Jira/Asana/Notion), excellent brief writing and stakeholder comms.
  • Practical tooling: Figma, Webflow/WordPress, Google Slides/Keynote; basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Data-aware mindset (GA4, Hotjar or similar); experience with A/B testing is a plus.
  • Upper-Intermediate English; ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.

  • Fintech/B2B SaaS background.
  • Copy-editing skills and SEO basics.
  • Experience standardizing brand guidelines and component libraries.
