What We’re Looking For:

• Understanding of an IT market, roles at IT companies
• Upper-intermediate English and higher
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Attentiveness to details and ability to learn quickly

Your Responsibilities:

• Searching for  IT specialists (engineers, testers, etc.)
• Building talent pipelines
• Making market research by request 
• Preparing Candidates` corporate profiles
• Working closely with Recruiters to coordinate the search and set up recruitment priorities
