Position Overview

Seeking an accomplished and versatile Developer to lead the creation of scalable game backend systems and the development of advanced tools for game management. This role involves not only hands-on technical work but also guiding a team toward building reliable, high-performance solutions while promoting collaboration and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing backend systems for games.
• Create and optimize administrative and monitoring tools to support game operations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to maintain system stability.
• Continuously monitor system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Tackle complex debugging tasks and ensure timely resolutions.
• Mentor developers, providing guidance for technical and professional growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical alignment and successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Strong expertise in Web API ASP.NET Core and .NET 7+.
• Experience working with both monolithic and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• In-depth knowledge of AWS and its ecosystem.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, high-load backend systems.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases and related technologies.
• Practical experience with Kafka and WebSockets.
• Strong SQL skills, including experience with Entity Framework.
• Competence in Docker-based containerization and orchestration.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in game development or building gaming-related platforms.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with additional cloud platforms or cross-cloud integration.
