Senior System Integration Specialist

We are looking for a System Integration Specialist for our client’s cross-department digital transformation initiative. The project focuses on modernizing the company’s internal tech stack, eliminating silos between systems, and automating manual workflows. You’ll be building and connecting solutions across Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments, creating a seamless flow of data and increasing overall efficiency. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic environment, working closely with stakeholders to design and implement low-code, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in system integration or automation roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Familiarity with CRM systems—ability to integrate but not exclusively focus on them.
• Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and RESTful services.
• Experience with data handling and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Bonus: experience with Zapier, Make, Azure Logic Apps, or scripting.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Integration & Automation

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system-to-system integrations.
• Develop integrations between SaaS platforms using Power Platform, APIs, and native connectors.
• Create and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline operations and data syncs.

App & Tool Development

• Design and build custom applications using PowerApps to support cross-functional teams.
• Build secure, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.

Data Flow & Integrity

• Ensure clean data exchange across platforms through data mapping and validation.
• Set up data gateways, connectors, and sync logic between various systems.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with functional leaders to gather and translate requirements.
