Mid–Senior Technical Project Manager to $3000

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical IT Project Manager with a strong background in service companies to join our growing team.
We are about to launch several exciting new projects while continuing to support existing ones, and we’re looking to strengthen our Project Management team with a skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
 

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of commercial experience in project management.
• Proven experience in service/sourcing companies.
• Hands-on experience with discovery and pre-sale activities.
• Advanced level of English (both spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Solid understanding of the technical aspects of project development.
• Familiarity with build and deployment environments, including integrations with third-party services.
• Ability to write clear technical requirements and documentation.
• Knowledge of project risk management processes.
• Understanding of the SDLC.
• Experience managing fixed-bid projects.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
   

Nice to Have

• Experience managing projects with budgets of $50,000+.
• Technical background (development or QA).

• Maintain effective communication with the team and customers.
• Describe and delegate tasks clearly.
• Manage budgets and monitor project costs.
• Provide regular reports to customers and the CEO.
