HR Generalist Offline

⚡️HR Generalist with partial recruitment responsibilities

 Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the onboarding and adaptation process for new employees
  • Support and develop corporate culture and internal communication
  • Provide HR support to employees throughout their journey in the company
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, collect and analyze feedback
  • Plan and organize internal events, team-building activities, and corporate gatherings
  • Maintain HR documentation and internal reporting
  • Participate in internal HR projects and initiatives
  • Monitor team morale and assist in resolving HR-related issues

 Recruitment support:

  • Assist in the initial sourcing and screening of candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process logistics

     

 Requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English or higher
  • Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to optimize internal processes
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, employee onboarding, and development
  • Willingness to grow in the HR field within the IT industry
  • Basic experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean, X-Ray) is a plus

 Would be a plus:

  • Experience in HR or recruitment (internships, freelance, volunteering)
  • Experience organizing internal HR activities and events
