AI SaaS UI Designer to $600

Early-stage startup (ex-Google, Stanford, backed by top-tier VC) seeks an extremely talented SaaS UI Designer to craft product interfaces and high-conversion marketing pages for Enterprise AI products.

You ship production-ready designs in days, not weeks, and sweat the details—type, spacing, motion, and polish.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end UI for our web app: flows, high-fidelity screens, prototypes, and interaction specs.
• Design & ship landing pages in Framer (hero, pricing, product sections) optimized for conversion.
• Create and maintain a design system (tokens, components, usage docs) across product + marketing.
• Produce visuals (icons, illustrations, screenshots, micro-animations) with a modern SaaS feel (Linear/Slack/Notion).
• Partner with product & engineering for rapid iteration and crisp handoff.
• Validate with users/data (quick tests, heatmaps, A/Bs).
• Ensure accessibility & responsiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years designing modern SaaS products and/or landing pages.
• Expert in Figma (auto-layout, variants, prototyping) and Framer (you can ship live pages).
• Deep familiarity with modern SaaS aesthetics (Linear, Slack, Notion): typography, spacing, motion, minimalism.
• Design systems experience (tokens, components, documentation).
• Strong craft & speed with clear communication.

• Portfolio required with shipped product UI and 2–3 live Framer links.

   

Nice to Have: Motion prototyping (Figma Smart Animate, After Effects/Lottie); basic front-end familiarity (React/Next.js, Tailwind); experience at an AI or dev-tools startup.

Schedule & Collaboration

• Part-time contractor ~20 hrs/week.
• Work block: 4 hours per weekday in NYC (ET) time zone; exact block agreed in advance.
• Presence required on Flown.com during your work block (virtual co-working for focus/accountability).

• Remote role with strong overlap in ET.
