Lead Product UI/UX designer

What you’ll do:
- Own and Lead the design of end-to-end experiences — from UX to high-fidelity UI
- Work closely with CEO PM and engineers in fast weekly cycles
- Use Figma, latest design and AI tools to maximize your impact
- Proactively generate solution options and iterate based on feedback
- Take part in defining product goals and shaping the roadmap
- Clearly communicate your ideas, justify your decisions, and confidently present your work
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on SaaS or B2B environments
- Elite UX UI design skills
- Proven experience in leading design initiatives
- Learning skills: We expect you to search and embrace new AI tools
- Figma experience Auto Layout, components, variants, tokens
- Down to earth mindset ability to connect design work with product outcomes
- Able to communicate design ideas clearly and work effectively with others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mature approach and startup mindset
