Head of Operations (Igaming)

Requirements:

- 3+ years in a senior operational role (working with Fin, Legal, HR departments)
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering collaboration and a results-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of successful strategy execution.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing market conditions.
- Proficient level of English (both written and verbal).
- Strategic thinking: ability to see and manage operations in accordance with the company's long-term strategy.
- Effective communication: transparency in communication and ability to establish interaction between departments.

- Flexibility and initiative: readiness to delve into details, take responsibility, and accept challenges.

 

Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (HR, Legal, Finance)

Finance: experience with bank account opening, KYC/KYB procedures, compliance, P&L development and automation, analytical reports on company resource utilization, cash flow management.

Legal: experience working with contracts and partnership agreements, debtors, building operational structures with internal and external legal entities, company incorporation, nominee services, working with auditors and registrars (foreign companies).
- Strategy Development and Execution: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads, fostering a high-performance culture focused on excellence and accountability.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry changes to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Process Optimization: Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and productivity across the company.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operational activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards to mitigate risks and protect the company’s reputation.
