You’ll take full ownership of Plantifique’s Amazon channel — driving strategic growth, leading launches, optimizing PPC, ensuring operational excellence, and managing a high-performing team. This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions move the revenue needle.

✅ Key Responsibilities
🔸 Analytics & Insights
Track KPIs, analyze customer behavior, and monitor competitors to generate actionable growth ideas.
🔸 Growth Strategy
Set sales targets, manage forecasts/budgets, and ensure revenue-focused execution.
🔸 Product Launches
Plan and lead Amazon launches, coordinating across content, PPC, logistics, and marketing.
🔸 Marketing & PPC
Oversee Amazon marketing tools and external traffic channels; guide PPC optimization.
🔸 Account Health
Maintain excellent account metrics and resolve compliance issues proactively.
🔸 Product & Customer Feedback
Use feedback and data to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
🔸 Performance Optimization
Audit traffic, conversion, pricing, and keywords; drive continuous testing.
🔸 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align with Marketing, Design, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain for seamless execution.
🔸 Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Amazon team with clear KPIs and agile workflows.
💡 What You Bring
✨3–5+ years of Amazon sales experience, with proven results in growing revenue and leading teams
✨Deep understanding of Amazon backend, PPC, keyword strategy, listing optimization, and compliance
✨Experience with Helium 10, DataDive, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics, and other key Amazon tools
✨Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset — you act based on performance, not guesswork
✨Natural team leader with cross-functional collaboration experience
✨Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level); other languages a bonus

DTC, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or multi-platform eCommerce experience.
