Web Designer $ Offline

We're looking for a skilled Web Designer (with graphic skills). We’re hiring for a full-time, in-house role to work on internal marketing-related tasks and initiatives.

What will you do:

• Working with our website: redesigning service pages, blog, case study page, case studies, illustrations and eBooks. All work in Figma.
• Focus on marketing tasks, make professional illustrations, website page design.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align on brand goals.
• Respect our brand style while suggesting fresh, standout ideas.
• Develop landing pages with clear structure, logic, and adaptation for various devices.
• Work with technical specifications, integrate interactive elements and animations.
• Implement a Web approach focused on user convenience.
• Design compelling graphics for social media posts and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate on visuals for presentations, guides, and other marketing materials.
• Produce out-of-the-box, non-stock imagery that speaks metaphorically or conceptually to our messaging.

Will be a plus:

• You can create projects in Framer based on Figma designs.
• You have projects in your portfolio related to SaaS or web platforms. 

What do you have:

• Commercial work experience as a Web Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
• Deep understanding of the basics of web and graphic design: typography, colors.
• Understand the rules of composition and specifics of working with the design system.
• Knowledge of design trends, particularly for B2B, startups, and LinkedIn-style content.
• Bright portfolio.
• Intermediate/Upper-intermediate English.
